Pipeline Settlement Monitoring System
The pipeline settlement monitoring system is an intelligent monitoring device developed by Timelion
for natural gas pipeline settlement. The ground stabilization period in new areas is generally 1-3 years,
during which gas pipelines are commonly deformed or pulled off by soil settlement. The system adopts
vector sensing and IOT technology, when the displacement or angle
change of the pipeline or monitoring point reaches the alarm value, the system will automatically
alarm and report the actual displacement distance or angle change.
The system consists of TLJJ001-W1A IoT gateway and vector sensor, which can be used to monitor the
settlement of all kinds of gas inlet pipes (including vertical pipeline, horizontal pipeline,
flflange corrugated compensator pipeline) of the settlement. The equipment is physically linked, easy to
install and highly reliable.It is metal-clad, intrinsically safe and explosion-proof, with IP68 protection.
Equipment monitoring accuracy can reach millimeter level, can report data once a day. If the pipeline
displacement state exceeds the preset alarm value immediately alarm, the status of real-time control.
