The Pressure regulator box (cabinet) intelligent monitoring system is an intelligent system for monitoring gas regulating equipment (including regulator boxes and regulator cabinets). The system monitors the operating status of gas regulating equipment in real time by installing sensors and monitoring equipment for safety control and troubleshooting. Regulator box (cabinet) intelligent monitoring system is usually composed of sensors, data acquisition equipment, data processing and analysis systems, alarm and remote control systems and other components. Among them, the sensor is mainly used to measure the pressure, temperature, flow rate and other parameters of the gas regulating equipment, and convert them into electrical signals. The data acquisition equipment is responsible for collecting the electrical signals output from the sensors and converting them into digital signals, which are then transmitted to the data processing and analysis system. The data processing and analysis system processes and analyzes the data collected by the sensors in order to monitor the operating status of the gas regulator and to predict possible failures.
