The system is an intelligent tool to ensure the safety and stability of city gas supply. The system is designed for intelligent monitoring of pressure regulators and cabinets of city gas companies, gas power plants, heat companies, oil and gas fields and other industries. It uses sensing and IOT technology to achieve real-time monitoring and early warning of gas network pressure ( outlet, inlet and diff erential pressure), leakage and flow.
It is composed of TLWG002 IOT gateway (with two interfaces, optional LCD display) and integrated pressure sensor ( optional low/ medium/ high pressure, supporting more than ten threaded interfaces) , which can be used to monitor the inlet and outlet pressure of pressure cabinet, supporting single/ dual channel pressure monitoring. Split structure, compact size, simple deployment, high cost performance ratio.

It consists of TLJJ001-W1A IOT gateway (5-way interface, support pressure, leakage, fl ow monitoring, power supply and data acquisition for other equipment) and pressure sensor ( optional low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure and temperature pressure integration, support more than ten diff erent threaded interfaces), which can be used to monitor the inlet/outlet pressure, diff erential pressure, gas leakage of the cabinet, and power supply and data acquisition for other instruments (such as flow

system with rich interfaces, comprehensive functions, suitable for complex scenarios.
Leak monitoring equipment ( module)
Leak monitoring system ( module) is used to monitor the gas leakage in the regulator cabinet. The equipment adopts optical principle combus- tible gas sensor (optional infrared or laser), no chemical loss, high reli- ability, long life, can work independently or in series with the pressure regulator cabinet intelligent monitoring system.
It is used to monitor whether there is gas leakage in the regulator cabinet and can replace the manual inspection of the user unit.
